Clean apartment, quiet apartment, the perfect space for a family with children wanting a comfortable stay, offering amenities like wi-fi and a flat-screen TV, as well as being just 15 km away from the city center for easy exploration.

Everything was spot-on.

Had a proper feast near the Quayside, with the likes of Chez Mal Brasserie serving up delish European bites! That and the slick layout of the apartment made our stay more enjoyable. The views from the balcony? Top-notch!

The state of the apartment was a shocker, with cleanliness and maintenance needing serious attention. The staff could use a lesson in hospitality. it felt like we'd just crashed a party.

The penthouse apartment offered ample space, but the overall condition was disappointing, with evident damage and maintenance issues. While the location was convenient and parking was available, the cleanliness was unacceptable, with numerous broken and dirty items throughout the apartment. breakfast options, particularly eggs, were enjoyable.

the apartment was really spacious for our fam of six, and we loved having two bathrooms! it was close to the quayside which was fun to walk along. The household cleaning stuff was a nice touch. plenty of toilet roll and pillows too.

the kitchen had a loud noise when using the hot water, which was super annoying, and the other room only had 1 out of 4 light bulbs working when we checked in.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend escape in Newcastle upon Tyne with extraordinarily good value for money. The apartment was spacious enough for a family, making our stay comfortable. Just make sure to bring extra towels if you're a larger group.

Not what we expected

We spent a night in a two-bedroom apartment. It was really cramped, and we were promised a view of the bridge but ended up with tiny windows. The kids loved the kitchen setup and we found some good food spots nearby. Just wish the place was bigger for the price we paid.
